A Breda woman was taken into custody Sunday in Carroll after registering a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of more than three and a half times the legal limit of 0.08. The Carroll Police Department was notified of an intoxicated individual in the 400 block of E. Bluff Street at approximately 11:42 p.m. Upon arrival at the scene and the administration of a test for intoxication, 52-year-old Patricia Lynn Bennett was arrested, having registered a BAC of 0.296.
