The Jefferson Police Department has opened an investigation into the report of a stolen motorcycle. At approximately 11:10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, Eric Chrystal notified authorities that a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 motorcycle was missing from a residence in the 700 block of West Sunset Road. Chrystal also gave the officer information about a female suspect he believes has taken the bike. The vehicle has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) network as stolen.
