Two vehicles were disabled in an accident at 12th and Court Streets in Carroll on Tuesday. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 3:36 p.m. Fifteen-year-old Mitchell Leonard of Carroll was eastbound on 12th Street in a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. At the same time, 25-year-old Emily Logan of Denison was southbound on Court Street. Logan failed to yield at the posted stop sign and struck the Leonard car. Logan was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
