4th Congressional District Republican Candidate Will Call For Civic Engagement At Saturday’s Iowa FRW Conference In Jefferson

Iowa Senator and 4th Congressional District Republican candidate, Randy Feenstra, is one of the featured speakers at Saturday’s Iowa Federation of Republican Women’s (IowaFRW) fall conference at Wild Rose in Jefferson. He says he is excited for this event, not only because it is a chance to talk about what is really going on in politics today, but is also a way to bring to the forefront the phenomenal work of Iowa’s Republican women.

The state of our nation today and the trajectory of our future is the focus of the politicians and guests speaking at Saturday’s event. Feenstra says it is crucial for us to have these conversations about the issues facing all Americans who have been polarized in recent months amid protests that range from peaceful to murderous and calls to defund police and disarm the public. Feenstra says we need to remember we are a nation bound by our Constitution and our laws.

Feenstra adds he is proud of the work Iowa has done to create civility and unity within our state and he stands with the blue. The freedom of speech and the freedom to protest are wonderful rights under the Constitution and the change that can be made through this is amazing, he says. But there is a line that has been crossed in many of the recent protests.

Feenstra says as he addresses the IowaFRW conference in-person and virtual attendees, he will not only be presenting his stance on the issues. He will also discuss the importance of the Nov. 3 election and his role in taking successes in the Iowa Senate to the federal level to work on changes that benefit the American people. It boils down to one word he says—results.

But before these types of results can be realized, Feenstra says people need to do their civic duty. They need to get out and vote, be active and engage with our government. And as Republicans, Feenstra says, they need to re-elect President Trump, Senator Joni Ernst and other conservatives that can make a difference and get the job done in giving more responsibility and more money back to individuals, our businesses and agriculture. All Republicans are invited to attend the IowaFRW conference Saturday, Sept. 19 either in-person or digitally. Links for registration and to the conference agenda can be found below.
