The Carroll County Board of Supervisors have a short agenda planned for next week’s regularly scheduled meeting. The first item of business is a discussion with the City of Manning concerning a zoning proposal in the area. The board will then hear from County Engineer, Zac Andersen, on the status of the secondary roads department and pending utility permits. They will briefly review and consider approval of several plats before re-examining the Leadership Iowa program. The supervisors will close the meeting with seven manure management annual updates and reports from their respective committees. The Monday, Sept. 21 meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the meeting room at the courthouse. Questions and comments on agenda items can be submitted prior to the meeting by emailing them to supervisors@carrollcountyiowa.org. For those wishing to ask questions or make comments on agenda items during the meeting, they must create a YouTube account and subscribe to the county’s channel.
