Six people have been cited for alcohol-related incidents over the course of the weekend. The Carroll Police Department reports a traffic stop at approximately 1:58 a.m. Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of a Lake View man on operating while intoxicated charges. Twenty-five-year-old Andrew Holmes recorded a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of 0.120 and was charged for his second-offense. At approximately 11:44 p.m. that Saturday night, officers received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 800 block of E. U.S. Highway 30. A traffic stop was performed and one 18-year-old male, Theodore Duvall of Audubon, along with a 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old female from Audubon, a 15-year-old female from Atlantic and a 15-year-old female from Macedonia were all cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
