Three roads in Ralston have been blocked by a train Tuesday morning and drivers are being asked to find alternate routes. The Carroll City/County Communications Center reports that Zephyr Avenue, 215th Street and A Avenue are all blocked. A locomotive has been dispatched to move the cars, but is not expected to arrive until about 10 a.m. this morning.
