Robert Dean Hudson, the son of Francis and Joann (Fawkes) Hudson, was born December 9, 1951, in
Fort Dodge, Iowa and died October 23, 2020 at home surrounded by family, following a courageous
battle against pancreatic cancer.
A private funeral Mass will be held Monday November 2 at Holy Spirit Church in Carroll Iowa
Robert worked for Frontier Communications as an engineer for his entire career, retiring in 2017. During
this time he lived in Fort Dodge, IA, Worthington ,MN, Denison , IA, and Audubon , IA.
Survivors include his wife Sue Behrens of Audubon, his children: Benjamin and wife Melissa Hudson of
Winterset; Jonathan Hudson of Slidell, LA; 3 grandchildren Jonathan, Joseph, and Lucy
