Audubon Firehouse Flames Host Hunters Breakfast Saturday Morning

Hunters in Audubon County are invited to join the Audubon Fire Department’s auxiliary organization, the Firehouse Flames, for breakfast tomorrow (Saturday) morning as pheasant hunting season gets underway in Iowa. From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., the Flames are offering carryout-only biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls and a drink at the Audubon Fire Station on Highway 71. They will also be hosting a drawing for a fire extinguisher or smoke detector during the breakfast. To put your name in for a chance to win prior to Saturday, stop by Ace Hardware, Audubon State Bank, Foodland, Landmands Bank, Lori’s Flowers, Medicap Pharmacy, Park Place Salon or Present Company. All money raised goes to support the Audubon Fire Department.
