Last Friday a mask mandate went into effect for the South Central Calhoun Community School District (SSC). The district, however, faced the challenge of having enough masks on hand, especially those for smaller children. Staff members at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) recognized the need and donated 425 masks in Titan Purple to South Central Calhoun Elementary School.
