An Audubon man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly using a stolen debit card last month at a Carroll retailer. According to Carroll County District Court records, 31-year-old Levi Alroy Kluver is charged with one count of unauthorized use of a credit card, an aggravated misdemeanor. Authorities say Kluver took the victim’s bank card on Oct. 18 and used the stolen card to purchase items from Walmart valued below $1,500. He was released from the Carroll County jail on his own recognizance after appearing before a magistrate with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 3. An aggravated misdemeanor carries a maximum penalty of up to two years in prison and $6,250 in fines.
