Functional damage was reported from a Friday morning accident in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at 12th Street and Grant Road at approximately 6:09 a.m. A truck and trailer, owned by Snyder Tree Service, was parked on 12th Street. Eighty-five-year-old Thomas Rogers of Carroll was eastbound on 12th Street in a 2013 Toyota Highlander, but did not see the trailer and struck it. Rogers was cited for failure to maintain control.
