The Carroll Chamber of Commerce is inviting everyone to jump start their holiday shopping at this Thursday’s Jingle & Mingle. From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and in some cases later, Chamber member businesses will be breaking out the treats and the deals. Participants will also be given the opportunity to register for a holiday gift basket at participating locations. A full list of the businesses taking part in the Jingle & Mingle can be found below.
