A Carroll man is facing drug charges following an investigation into a June 9 incident. The Carroll Police Department reports they arrested 31-year-old Cody Jonathan Wolfe at approximately 5:51 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22 in the 500 block of E 18th Street. He has been charged with possession of methamphetamine.
