Raffle tickets are still available for the Wall Lake Community Center’s first annual Christmas drawing. According to Clerk, Chris Rodman, the drawing is scheduled to take place on Saturday morning. Originally, organizers had hoped to host a variety of holiday themed activities in the Community Center prior to the drawing, but COVID-19 concerns required them to dial back on what they had planned. However, he says there are still plenty of reasons to stop by for some fun on Saturday morning.
Tickets are $5 each, three for $10 or 10 for $30 and are available now. Rodman says there are several ways to get your name into the drawing and all of them are easy.
Many of the available prizes were donated by generous residents and businesses. All money raised from the first annual Wall Lake Christmas raffle will go back to support programming and activities at the Community Center. Again, the drawing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19. Details on how to purchase raffle tickets can also be found included below.
