Carroll County first responders were dispatched Thursday evening to the scene of a fatal car accident just northeast of Manning. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Manning Police Department, Manning and Templeton Fire Departments, Carroll County Emergency Medical Services and Iowa State Patrol were dispatched to the intersection of 300th and Concord Streets at approximately 8:30 p.m. Details of the accident have not been released and Carroll Broadcasting will bring you more information as official reports become available.
