The Storm Lake Police Department is requesting information from the public as they investigate a recent spree of vandalism in town. According to law information, windows of vehicles, houses, businesses, schools and churches were intentionally shot out with a BB gun between the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 15 and Monday, Dec. 18. At least seven incidents have been reported so far with nearly all occurring between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. A cash reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for the damage.
