An Audubon man charged with credit card fraud in Carroll County filed his written not guilty pleas with the court earlier this week. According to Carroll County District Court records, 31-year-old Levi Alroy Kluver faces five aggravated misdemeanor charges after a Carroll Police Department investigation found he had used the victim’s debit card on Oct. 18 at four local businesses. Kluver’s written pleas were filed Monday, and his jury trial has been scheduled to begin April 27. It will be preceded by a pretrial conference on Feb. 11. Each aggravated misdemeanor count carries a maximum penalty of up to two years in prison and $6,250 in fines.
