Grand Junction Man Faces Additional Charges From Arrest On Outstanding Warrants

A Grand Junction man wanted on outstanding warrants for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and two counts of third- or subsequent-offense possession of a controlled substance was arrested on Thursday afternoon. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office reports they received information that 33-year-old Jonathan Phillip Michael Kennedy was at the Grand Junction Casey’s and they responded to the scene, taking him into custody. At the time of his arrest, Kennedy was found to be in possession of stolen property from the Casey’s store as well as suspected methamphetamine and marijuana. Additional charges for possession of those items are pending.
