A Carroll woman remains in custody after being arrested Wednesday as a suspect in a vehicle theft. A motor vehicle theft was reported to authorities in Manning on Nov. 2, 2020. An investigation was initiated and the vehicle was located in Carroll on Jan. 6. Thirty-six-year-old Katie Marie Johnson was arrested in the 17000 block of Ivy Avenue and charged with theft in the first degree.
