The Jefferson Police Department has opened an investigation into a burglary reported at a Jefferson business last week. At approximately 4:33 p.m. Friday, the victim contacted law enforcement to report his shop in the 700 block of N. Wilson Avenue had been broken into and several tools were missing. Authorities say they have identified several suspects in the burglary and are continuing to investigate the incident.
