Rural residents, organizations and healthcare providers may be eligible to win up to $500 in digital gift cards for participation in a national survey. The Community Education Group (CEG) TruEvolution, Inc. and the Rural Health Service Providers Network have partnered in launching the Rural Public Health Needs survey. Information gathered from the responses provided will be used to shape the educational, training and technical assistance agenda for 2021. The Community Education Group is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization working to eliminate disparities in health outcomes and improve public health in disadvantaged populations and under-served communities. The survey will take between five and 15 minutes to complete and can be accessed through the link included below. Gift cards to be distributed include five $100 cards, two at $250 and one at $500.
