Applications are now being accepted from the 33rd annual Carroll County Agricultural Scholarship Fund, which are awarded to area students by the Carroll Chamber of Commerce and the Carroll County Cattleman’s Association. Applicants must be residents of Carroll County, but are not required to have attended a Carroll County high school. They must be enrolled in or planning to attend a post-secondary school with a major in an agriculture-related field. Applications are available from high school guidance counselors and at the Chamber office and must be accompanied by an essay and scholastic record and be returned before Wednesday, March 10.
