FEMA Is Searching For Qualified Individuals To Help With COVID-19 Vaccinations

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is searching for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and student pharmacists willing to volunteer to help with COVID-19 vaccination efforts. Volunteers can be either active practitioners or retirees who have immunization training but will be asked to commit from 14 to 60 consecutive days and should be able to deploy with at least 48 hours of notice. FEMA will cover the cost of transportation and lodging, provide a per diem and other specified expenses. Today (Tuesday), however, is the deadline to notify FEMA of availability, which can be done by following the link included below.
