A Private Family Mass of the Christian Burial for 62-year-old, Peggy S. Venteicher of Brayton will be held at 10:30 am on Monday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Exira. Friends are welcome to gather at the Exira Event Center to participate in viewing the Mass via livestream followed by a luncheon where you can greet the family at the Center following the Mass. Open visitation will be available from 9 am on Sunday — with the family being present from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Kessler Funeral Home in Exira. Burial will be at the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Exira. Peggy is survived by her husband, Vernie of Brayton; her children and grandchildren: Ryan & Lindsey Venteicher and their children: Taryn and Tenley, all of Shawnee, KS; Amy and Paul Kautzky and their children: Karli, Kailee and Karsen, all of Adair; her sisters: Marsha Jensen of Carroll, Vicky and Larry Sorensen of Exira, Kim and Jedidiah Glover of Exira; her sisters-in-lawn and brothers-in-law: Linda Jensen of Exira, Sister Donna Mae Venteicher of Monticello, Ron and Diane Venteicher of Carroll, Joleen Klocke of Carroll, Linus and Margaret Venteicher of Corning, Allen Venteicher of Massena and Gary and Jeanne Haverman of Bayard; her uncle: Dean Weber of Audubon; her special friends: Deb Steinbach of Carroll and Joan Sorensen of Audubon; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
