Carroll Man Arrested For Reckless Use Of Fire Following Investigation Into Feb. 19 Incident

A Carroll man has been charged in Carroll County District Court for allegedly lighting an unattended fire in the basement of an occupied residence. According to court records, 36-year-old Joshua Norbert Renze was arrested by the Carroll Police Department following an investigation into the incident reported in the 100 block of N.
