Local law enforcement has released a photo of a wanted fugitive believed to be at-large in Carroll. The subject is a 5’ 11” black male in his mid-20s and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He was last seen on foot wearing a black sweatshirt. At least one officer was injured Friday afternoon as Carroll authorities attempted to take the man into custody. According to Carroll Police Chief, Brad Burke, the officer sustained non-life-threatening injuries after the individual stuck a patrol car and the officer with a vehicle as law enforcement was attempting to take him into custody. Anybody with information about the individual’s location is asked to contact the Carroll County Communication Center at 792-3536.
