Mass of the Christian Burial for 70-year-old, Joseph M. Bauer of Audubon will be held at 10:30 am on Monday at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Audubon. A private family burial will be at a later date at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel. Family visitation will be from 3 to 6 pm with a Rosary to be held at 6 pm on Sunday at the Kessler Funeral Home in Audubon. Joseph is survived by his wife, Peggy of Audubon; his children: Dan Qualters of Nebraska, Margie Gruhn of Manning, Melanie Klein of Manning, Michael Bauer of Audubon and Mary Turnbull of Ankeny; 6 grandchildren; his brother and sisters: Joyce Meiners of Carroll, Denise Berkes of Carroll, and Dale Bauer of Willey.
