More Charges Possible For Carroll Man Following Monday Traffic Stop

A Carroll man is potentially facing future charges, beyond what was levied during a traffic stop on Monday. The Carroll Police Department reports they pulled over a 2008 Pontiac Vibe at approximately 6:09 p.m. The driver, 43-year-old Darwin Jay Robinson, Jr., was cited at that time for open container and driving without a license. During the traffic stop, suspected narcotics and a firearm were located in the vehicle. Additional charges are pending laboratory testing results. Robinson was booked into the Carroll County jail and later released on bond.
