The East Sac Raiders started off the spring soccer season with a great win over LoMa Tuesday. The Raiders jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first half and kept their momentum up all game long. In this game, five different Raiders players would score at least a goal with plenty of help from their goalie Aleisha Thayer who recorded five saves. The Raiders continued scoring well in the second half with another five goals added to their 4-0 goal lead. The Raiders start off their season with a 9-0 win.
Individually for the Raiders, Kayla Meyer, Cooper Herrig, and Felicia Hagner all had two goals and an assist. Mia Lynch and Brianna Boeckman also contributed well on the offensive side, Lynch scored two goals and Boeckman scored one goal. The Raiders improve to 1-0 on the season as the LoMa Panthers fall to 0-1.
The Raiders are in action next when they face off against Panorama on Thursday, April 8th.
