No injuries and only functional damages were reported in a Carroll accident Friday morning. The Carroll Police Department responded to the intersection of U.S. Highway 30 and Court Street at approximately 11:56 a.m. Seventy-six-year-old Don Poggensee of Ida Grove was westbound on Highway 30 in a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado. Also westbound was 55-year-old Lori Doonan of Exira in a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse. Both vehicles changed lanes, from the inside to the outside, and struck each other.
