The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will convene Monday for their regularly scheduled weekly meeting. The board will begin with an update from County Engineer, Zac Andersen, on secondary roads, including utility permits, bids for a resurfacing project on County Road E46 and more. They will then review a proposed food service contract for the Carroll County jail, followed by discussion on the approval of a spatial needs assessment for the offices at the courthouse. The supervisors will close the meeting by implementing required policies for the Carroll County Down Payment Assistance program through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) housing, review manure management annual updates and hear reports from committees.
