The Audubon Wheelers got some good experience at their meet Friday against Treynor. The Wheelers finished the day with a team score of 180, second to Treynor who finished the day with 164. Three of the Wheelers kept their scores in the low to mid 40s, while the other three finished in the 50s.
Jay Remsburg shot well, finishing in the top three among all golfers with a 42. Aiden Alt was one stroke behind Remsburg, ending his day with a 43. Carter Andreasen was the other Wheeler who scored in the 40s, finishing the meet with a score of 45. Joey Schramm ended his day with a final score of 50 to round out the scoring for the Wheelers. Ethan Konz of Treynor was named medalist finishing with a 37 and Joey Konz was named runner-up medalist, finishing the day with a 38.

South Central Calhoun at St. Edmond
South Central Calhoun was in action Friday night against St. Edmond. The Titans won the meet with a team score of 163 compared to St. Edmond’s 172 points. The top four golfers for the Titans had scores between the high 30s and low 40s.
Justin Hanks shot well enough at this meet to earn himself runner-up medalist honors, scoring a 38 on the day. Medalist honors went to Drew Schaeffer from St. Edmond who shot an even par on the day with a 36. Corey Hicks was two strokes behind Hanks, scoring a 40 on the day. Bryan Steig stayed close to his teammates scoring a 41 on the day. Rounding out the scoring for the Titans, Brenne Holder finished his day with a 44.
