St. Anthony Regional Hospital announced today (Monday) the beginning of a partnership with Siouxland Urology Associates P.C. to begin providing urology services at their campus in Carroll. Dr. Adam Althaus from the Siouxland-based group of specialists will begin seeing patients at the St. Anthony Clinic on May 10th. Dr. Althaus is trained in a variety of fields, including: general urology, robotic surgeries, female incontinence and prolapse surgery, voiding dysfunction, men’s health, kidney stone disease and pediatric urology. However, his chief area of interest is in genitourinary malignancies, such as kidney, bladder and prostate cancer. St. Anthony Vice President of Regional Operations, Eric Hammer, says, “I am excited to welcome Dr. Althaus to our practice. He provides exceptional clinical education and knowledge with a strong passion for providing community-based care. He possesses the full spectrum of urology surgery and clinic-based medicine.
