The Sac County Secondary Roads Department announced the beginning of two road construction projects today (Tuesday). The first site is a mile-long stretch of 170th Street between Potter and Perkins Avenues in the northwest corner of the county. The road will be closed to thru-traffic through Wednesday afternoon while crews work to replace a culvert. Construction also started today (Tuesday) on Fox Avenue between 160th and 170th Streets on the Buena Vista and Sac County line. Motorists are asked to find alternate routes until the bridge replacement project is completed.
