The Jefferson Police Department has requested warrants against a Panora man for damages done to a residence and a vehicle. The department was contacted with a report of criminal mischief done in the 400 block of West Russell Street at approximately 3:05 a.m. Saturday. A known male, 45-year-old Russell Lee Gardner, had allegedly done an estimated $1,200 in damage to the hood and window of a vehicle and another $500 to a window at the home. The officer is requesting warrants for second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony, and first-degree harassment as well as driving while barred, aggravated misdemeanors.
