The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education has called for a special meeting this week. They will convene at noon on Thursday, April 29 and there is only one item on the agenda. It is anticipated the meeting will be extremely brief, about five minutes in length, as the board ratifies the 2021/22 Carroll Education Association (CEA) contract.
