The Carroll Police Department has released surveillance camera stills of two people of interest in a recent break in. Chief, Brad Burke, says the male was completely naked in the photos from 500 block of E. 5th St., at a design business. According to authorities, the individuals have been identified but their names have not been released. An investigation into the alleged burglary is ongoing.
