Carroll At Raccoon River Conference At Bondurant Farrar
Carroll began to wind down the regular season in preparation for the state qualifying meets next Thursday. The Tigers finished 8th at the conference meet with 43 points. They scored in ten events overall with six of those individual events and four relays. The Tigers competed again without Drake Relays long jump champion Shay Sinnard which impacts them in a number of events.
The Tigers only event to finish inside the top 3 was Vanessa Ayala who continues to throw the discus well and finished 2nd with a 106-11.

Kuemper At Hawkeye 10 Conference Meet At Carroll
The Knights started their final preparation for the state qualifying meets next Thursday with a 10th place finish at the Hawkeye 10 Conference Meet. The Knights scored in nearly every event. They scored in five individual and five relays. They finished with 29 points, just 4.50 points behind St Albert for 9th place.
Kenzie Schon finished 3rd in the Shot Put (38-09.50) and was their only event in the top 3.

It was a tight race at the top with Pocahontas Area holding off South Central Calhoun and Manson NW Webster. The Indians had 87 points, while SCC and MNW tied for 2nd with 78 points each. IKM-Manning had a nice night and finished 4th with 72 points and Glidden Ralston was right behind them with 66 points in 5th place. East Sac took 9th with 22 points with Ar-We-Va 10th, 20 points and Paton Churdan 11th with 18 points.
The Titans were boosted with five individual events and three relays finishing in the top 3. Glidden Ralston had a lot of success in the individual events with seven finishes in the top 3 along with one relay. IKM-Manning was also very good in the individual events with six in the top 3 to go with 2 relays in the top3. Paton Churdan had two individual events in the top 3, Ar-We-Va had one individual and East Sac had two relays finish in the top 3.
Vanessa Koehler of Glidden Ralston was one of the stars of the meet with two 1st place finishes 200 Meters (27.42) and 100 Hurdles (16.28) and two 2nd place finishes in the 100 Meters (13.09) and the High Jump (5-00). Alexia Nelson of Glidden Ralston had another good night with a personal best in the 3000 Meters (11:59.87) where she took 1st, she was 2nd in the 1500 Meters (5:37.92). Morgan Hanson of IKM-Manning was right with Nelson as she finished 2nd in the 3000 Meters (12:34.70) and 3rd in the 1500 Meters (5:51.46). IKM-Manning Alexa Ahrenholtz won the 100 Meters (13.00) and was 3rd in the High Jump (4-08). The Titans Jade Ridgely took 3rd in both the 100 Meters (13.72) and 200 Meters (28.30). Danielle Hoyle of Paton Churdan placed 1st in the Discus (122-11) and 2nd in the Shot Put (37-10.50). Chloe Judisch of South Central Calhoun returned from injury to win the 800 Meters (2:39.21), Laura Greene of South Central Calhoun won the Long Jump (15-05.00). Ar-We-Va got a 2nd place in the Long Jump (15-03.50) from Kora Obrecht. IKM-Manning Julianna Stribe was 3rd in the 800 Meters (2:48.18). The Wolves also got a 3rd from Bianca Cadwell in the 400 Meters (1:06.94). South Central Calhoun Kortney Riley was 3rd in the 100 Hurdles (17.38) and Tiela Janssen of Glidden Ralston was 3rd in the 400 Hurdles (1:15.19).
South Central Calhoun was 2nd in both the 4×400 (4:33.00) with Jade Ridgely, Taylor Greene, Laura Greene and Emma Myers and the Distance Medley (4:58.81) with Laura and Taylor Greene, Emma Myers and Evelyn Kramer. The Titans took 3rd in the Shuttle Hurdle (1:16.91) with Olivia Toms, Claire Riat, Lily Kalous and Kortney Riley. East Sac took 2nd in the 4×100 (54.00) with Meredith Brown, Jen Achinger, Carly Fischer and Brooke Jergens, the Raiders were 3rd in the 4×400 (4:36.20) with Emma Schroeder, Abby Scott, Jen Aschinger and Mary Bontrager. IKM-Manning won a pair of 3rd place finishes in the 4×800 (11:37.77) with Julianna Stribe, Emmie Ring, Ella Richards and Kaitlynn Spoelstra and the Sprint Medley (2:00.16) with Amber Halbur, Maddie Snyder, Alexa Ahrenholtz and Bianca Cadwell. Glidden Ralston took 3rdin the Distance Medley (5:04.75) with Savannah Bennett, Morgan Tuel, Alexia Nelson and Tiela Janssen.

Audubon and Coon Rapids Bayard At Panorama
Audubon scored in nine individual events (took 1st and 2nd in one event) and four relays to finish 2nd behind Panorama in a tight race on Thursday. The Wheelers finished 108 points and were only 5.33 points behind Panorama. Coon Rapids Bayard scored in one relay and would finish in 11th place with 2 points.
Elizabeth Zaiger of Audubon dominated the throwing events taking 1st in the Shot Put (35-07.50) and Discus (105-00). Zaiger teammate Jaci Christensen helped the Wheelers dominate the Discus taking 2nd (102-08). Katelyn Nielsen of Audubon added a 2nd place in the 100 Hurdles (18.24) and 3rd in the Long Jump (14-03.00). Madison Steckler of Audubon was 2nd in the 100 Meters (13.71). Other Wheelers to finish 2nd included Abigail Zaiger 200 Meters (28.69) and Hannah Thygesen 800 Meters (2:31.91). The Wheelers added 3rd place finishes with Madison Burr 100 Hurdles (18.30) and Kodie Sporrer 400 Hurdles (1:19.01).
The Wheelers won the Shuttle Hurdle (1:11.37) with Madison Steckler, Mattie Nielsen, Madison Burr and Katelyn Nielsen, the Wheelers added 3rd places finishes in the 4×400 (4:20.35) with Madison Steckler, Mattie Nielsen, Abigail Zaiger and Hannah Thygesen, teh 4×800 (10:47.59) with Grace Slater, Mattie Nielsen, Kodie Sporrer and Thygesen. Their final 3rd place relay as the Sprint Medley (2:01.61) with Thygesen, Mattie Nielsen, Steckler and Abigail Zaiger. Coon Rapids Bayard placed 6th in the 4×200 (2:05.21) with Madison Mohr, Bridget Shirbroun, Kadey Olson and Cassidy Baker.
