A Glidden man was arrested Thursday by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office on more than two dozen counts of driving while barred. Authorities say 26-year-old Kole Alexander Higgins was booked into the Greene County jail at approximately 1:20 p.m. for parole violations stemming from a 2019 conviction for third-degree burglary and 25 aggravated misdemeanor charges. According to law enforcement, video evidence shows Higgins’ operated a motor vehicle on numerous occasions between April 14 and May 1. Each aggravated misdemeanor carries a maximum penalty of up to two years in prison and $6,250 in fines.
