Kuemper picked up a sweep on Friday by attacking the backhand side of Sergeant Bluff Luton. Sophie Rohe, Alyssa Brant and Vanessa Breedlove all said they tried to attack the backhand side and deep to gain advantages in their matches. The Knights went 48-14 in singles and 24-10 in doubles matches. They finished the evening 72-24 overall.
Samantha Tidgren and Keziah Janssen both won their singles matches 8-1. Jordan Schwabe and Alyssa Brant each jumped out early then dropped a couple games before winning 8-2 while Sophie Rohe lost her first game before rolling to an 8-2 win. Vanessa Breedlove lead early then struggled in the middle of her match going from up 7-2 to winning 8-6 on a nice crossing shot.
Tidgren and Schwabe won their doubles match 8-3, Brant and Breedlove won 8-2 and Janssen and Rohe won 8-5.
