South Central Calhoun At Clarmond Country Club At Clarion
Sayer Steig of South Central Calhoun was able to advance to the Regional Final on Monday At Eagle Grove Golf Course and is one step away from qualifying for the State meet after shooting a 101 and finishing 4th at the Regional held in Clarion on Monday. Steig fought through the raining and cloudy conditions to advance. The Titans as a team fell short finishing 6th overall with a 473. Okoboji advanced as the Regional champion with a 381 and also advanceing was Iowa Falls-Alden with a 425.
The Titans had all three of their golfers behind Steig shoot in the 120’s with Emma Anderson and Macy Macke each shooting a 122 and Sally Musselman finishing out their top four scores with a 128.
