Carroll battled hard but fell just short at home against Raccoon River Conference foe Perry. The loss drops Carroll to 3-13 on the season and 0-9 in the Conference. Perry improved to 4-12 overall and 2-7 in the conference. The Tigers wrap up the regular season on Thursday at Atlantic.
Perry scored in the 1st half but held just a 1-0 lead at the half. Emersyn Walsh got Carroll on the board in the early part of the 2nd half but Perry added a pair of goals for the win. Walsh had a pair of shots on goal during the match as Carroll struggled to get looks at the net. Emma Hoffman finished with 12 saves.

Riverside At East Sac

The Raiders won their 8th straight to improve to 12-3 on the season. The Raiders started a little slow offensively but once the dam broke the flood gates opened. East Sac scored their first goal around the 29:00 mark but added 3 more goals over the next eight minutes and led 4-0 at half. The offense was sharp and the passing was crisp working their way into 44 shots and 27 of those on goal. The defense continues to be impressive as they held Riverside to just one shot on goal.
Felicia Hagner paced East Sac on offense with 3 goals and an assist, Mia Lynch added a pair of goals and Kayla Meyer and Cooper Herrig each had a pair of assists.
The Raiders open Regionals at home next week on Wednesday when they host Boyden Hull /Rock Valley.
