Boys District Golf Results Friday, May 21st
Class 2A
Kuemper, Tyler Brandt of IKM-Manning, Corey Hicks and Justin Hanks of South Central Calhoun At Carroll Country Club
Kuemper advances to the state tournament with a second place finish and Tyler Brandt of IKM-Manning advanced as an individual with a 3rd place finish. Kuemper was two strokes behind champion Emmetsburg with a 335 as they also advanced. Lake Mills was also in contention for a top two finish with a 339.
Tyler Brandt of IKM-Manning was the highest individual placer taking 3rd with a 77. Maverick Schwabe led Kuemper with a 81, placing 6th. Justin Hanks of South Central Calhoun ended up 7th with a 82.

Coon Rapids Bayard At Lakeside At Fort Dodge
Coon Rapids Bayard season came to an end with a 9th place finish at the District Meet in Fort Dodge. The Crusaders wrapped up a very solid season with a 385. St Edmond won the meet with a 337 followed by Newman Catholic with a 344 and Newell Fonda with a 347.
Jacob Estrada led the Crusaders and was one of their two golfers who shot below 100. Estrada finished with a 88 and Jeffrey Kracht had a 94. Joey Schramm of Audubon had qualified for the district meet as an individual and shot a 102.
