The Manning VFW is asking for the public’s help with flag placement for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. They will be meeting at the City Cemetery on Friday, May 28 at 5 p.m. to place the flags and all volunteers are welcome to join them at that time. They will also need help removing the flags on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31 at 3 p.m.
