With a cool and potentially wet forecast for this coming Thursday, May 27, the Carroll Chamber of Commerce and Carroll Young Professionals (CYP) have changed the date of their first Live + Local concert. The local band, 2 ½ Guitars, will now take to the portable stage in downtown Carroll from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 3. Adams Street will be closed between 4th and 5th Streets as will be the very eastern section of the Thomas Plaza parking lot.
