Iowa Auditor, Rob Sand, will be meeting Carroll area residents and answering questions at a special “townhall” style event tomorrow (Thursday). He and his staff will be at Southside Park in Carroll, 111 W. Bluff St., from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. This will be an outdoor event, so those interested in attending are asked to bring a lawn chair with them.
