A funeral service for 76 year old Carl Peters of Harlan will be held Friday, June 4th at 1pm and visitation from 10am-12:30 Friday morning until time of service at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Westphalia. Carl is survived by his wife Judy of Harlan; his 2 daughters: Kristi Peters of Grinnell and Jennifer (Cory) Sornson of Independence; 2 grandchildren; a brother Kenneth Peters of Walnut: a sister RoseAnn Witherspoon of Mississippi. Also preceded in death by his mother Clara (Bensen) Peters and his father Alfred Peters.
