A juvenile male suffered leg injuries in a pickup/scooter accident Wednesday in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department was called to the scene at 12th Street and Amy Avenue at approximately 1:14 p.m. Fifty-seven-year-old Terry Schulte of Carroll was eastbound on 12th in a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. The nine-year-old on the scooter allegedly failed to stop for a posted sign and struck the side of the Schulte truck. The child was transported to St. Anthony Regional Hospital by Carroll County Emergency Medical Services for treatment of his injuries.
