As a part of his annual 99-county tour, Senator Chuck Grassley has scheduled a town hall meeting in Calhoun County for next week. “I look forward to hosting my town meetings and returning to business as usual after an unprecedented year,” Grassley says. “Representative government is a two-way street. I’m one half of the process and the people of Iowa are the other half. You can’t have representative government without dialogue between elected officials and the people we represent. I appreciate the opportunity to hold town meetings, answer questions and take comments from Iowans,” he adds. Grassley will meet with constituents from 9:45 am. to 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 1 at the Lake City Library, 110 E. Washington Street.
